On my A model:
Transponder: under seat
Com radio: Behind seat by ELT
GPS: on top of glareshield
Network hub and EMS: behind panel and fuel tank on a piece of channel I added (see image below)
ADAHRS: I’m still testing positions, was originally going to go to the right of EMS but have wires with too much current in the area
For the EMS the Dynon manual says not to mount on the engine side of firewall. I have an access panel on the right side of my panel behind where my iPad goes so it’s not the most convenient but I am able to work in there. I used a right angle D-sub connector PN: NOR1822-ND to get clearance to the fuel tank but had to move it back further since the fuel tank bowed out a little once I put some fuel in it.
