SNB-F10-13R/L - bad drawing?

I just sent this over to Sonex Tech support, but maybe someone here knows the answer and I can keep working this weekend:

Hey guys,

I’m working on my Aft Lower Cabin Details and have a question for you.

The drawing shows the SNB-F10-13R/L proud of the top of SNB-F10-12:

However, the actual parts are flush in the top:

Am I doing something wrong (e.g. should I move the -13R/L up in the pre-drilled holes, skipping the bottom one)? Or is this just a part where the drawing doesn’t match properly?

Tech support replied quickly. The drawing is incorrect. Mentioning it here in case anyone else is looking for the same question.
