The amount of business I have done with her is not exactly large. In fact - pretty small. Last night I dropped her a note to order a new “EXPERIMENTAL” decal and asked her to use my card - if she has it on file - or call me for it.
I got an email this afternoon (while out flying).
“In the mail - no charge - have a great weekend”.

I was planning on using them in the next few months, now it’s settled. Good customer service can be hard to come by, thanks for the report Graeme.

Yes, good quality company to deal with. We got our fuse trim decals and N numbers from them .
