For a couple of years I didn’t know what to do with my pushrods when I took them out. Oil would leak out of them slowly and make a mess. When I changed to 1.25:1 rockers I ended up swapping pushrods around until I had the best configuration with respect to adjuster position, and then I came up with this:
I just poked 4 x-shaped slots in either side, and marked them.
Now the oil drains out into the jug and I can pour it into my waste oil container. And I know which pushrod is which.
