I continue to battle an oil leak on my fuel pump. What is the general consensus on using gasket sealers? I’ve replaced both gaskets and that helped for a bit but recently started seeping again. 700 hours on the engine.

Thoughts;
- There should be no problem using a good quality gasket goo specifically designed for oil exposure conditions.
- Use the goo in moderation (less is more), to reduce the chance of, when tightening the fitting, squeezing some into crankcase.
