Intro and a question

Greetings everyone
I recently purchased a set of plans from a gentleman who had also bought some sub kits and spar extrusions in 2000. Got a great deal on it too. I have not been able to take inventory on all the parts i received as i had a friend pick up the stuff, but i at least have the c channel stuff and a rivet kit.
My question is this. My spar material is raw and uncut. I have been searching for a build log or something that shows how the spars need to be tapered but i have come up empty-handed. Anyone have a link to something that details using the raw spar extrusion?

Don’t remember seeing any pictures but have heard it was done simply on a band saw with lots of cleanup.
