Hi all, http://www.kathrynsreport.com:
Good job by Jon Grazer landing his sonex in a beach parking lot south of LA in huntington beach. luckily the beaches were recently closed and the parking lot was empty. Some type of fuel loss. looks like a nice day. Again great job keeping cool! No injuries or damage.

Be careful out there. We all get to make our own decisions and choices. This virus is nothing to tangle with.
I’ve been inside since mar 3. Stocked up the fridge and cabinents. I do go to the back yard . To work on plane parts.

A huge shout out to the hospitals, doctors, nurses. The best thing we can do to help is to stay inside.

Way to go isaac keep at it!
Donate if you can. I just gave a few hundred dollars to the homeless youth center in San Francisco.
Added: Good article on http://www.avweb.com about kit mfgr’s.
also look for a fun article to read, by paul dye on his subsonex.
Take care, a very bumpy road ahead.

Michael, others,

Interesting in that this is the same airplane that Mike (the registered owner) posted photos of his modified Sonex wheel pants a few days ago. Very glad that everything turned out well here, in part, thanks to a usually full but now empty parking lot.

Pilot is interviewed. Says he believes unknown fuel leak drained his tank and he only realized it at last moment when low fuel indicator dinged, ran out of fuel shortly after.
