As a first-time builder I scratchbuilt Sonex s/n 9, Metal Illness, and went on to a 20+ year career with Sonex. I’m retired and kit-bashing a Onex when I’m not paddleboarding, putzing on my Triumphs or writing for Kitplanes magazine.
