Kevin Conklin here - build now based at 06N - Randall Airport, Middletown, NY. I was building a legacy Waiex and took some years off while prepping for retirement. That finally happened, moved my project to a hangar and started working on it again. I just discovered that SonexBuilders.net is no more … and had a panic attack! Got a tip on the FB group about this forum. Thank you for creating this. Of course I already have a question but will attempt to find the appropriate place to post it.

We were indeed. My daughter who attended with me is now a professional pilot for one of the major legacy US airlines. Her younger sister is now an A&P working for a fortune 500 corp on their fleet of aircraft.
