I’m with ya on that! Sometimes I can get that kinda thing happening from just trying to take a drink from a bottle of water when it’s bumpy!
Of course when I get high enough and find some really smooth air I’ve been able eat breakfast or lunch on a long cross country leg. I still need to install that coffee maker on the shelf in the luggage area right behind the seat …
