Anyone else having problems getting questions answered from Sonex using the web form? Maybe I’m an unlikeable guy and it’s just me but I’m 0 for 2 here.
For me, it typically takes a business day or two. It might depend on the question asked.
They have a web form? I usually use either tech at sonexaircraft dot com
or
orders at sonexaircraft dot com
I don’t think the forum likes email addresses.
I’m just going by their web page. They seem to prefer the web form according to the paragraph at the top. I’ve been waiting over 10 days on this last set of questions I asked. Just wondering if this is normal.
I assume you are selecting the following in their form:

I don’t know what else might cause them not to answer.
If you haven’t yet also check your spam filter. I’ve seen some form emails get flagged.
They have been excellent at responding. There have been some frustrating aspects of my build, but the support and the packing/crating/shipping have been far beyond vans. I submit the form on Sunday night and I get a response Monday morning at 12-13 central
I always use the web form. They typically reply within one business day. Every once in a while I need to ask again. It might just be that they’re trying to find the correct answer before replying, ten days seems excessive. I’d just send a follow-up email in case the original got lost.
