Does anyone know of a panel cutter that has a CNC machine that can tolerate the 4 inch flange on the bottom of the Highwing panel? I can do it myself with my mill, but I’m trying to get things done quickly.
Upnorthaviation.com cannot do it.
If you’re not able to find someone who can handle the flange, you might consider rough cutting the Sonex panel and then having a company CNC cut panel covers. The upside to this solution is being able to remove the covers for maintenance.

Sorry no info on a CNC machine. Just a question. Are you a builder? Did you already receive a HW (Phoenix) panel from Sonex?

Why not cut it, then bend the flange?

I have only received the tail kit and it is built.
