Hi Guys,
This is a long shot but …, I needed to pass the engine temp sensor wire through the baffle. While building Onex #89 I elected to use a three-wire pass through seal. I removed one of the attachment bolts and opened the seal and it snaped.
Question: Does anyone know where to source the seal pictured here?
I think I got it from ACS but can’t seem to find it.
Thanks,
Wes
OK, I got this reply.
It looks like that same light blue 3-wire seal was available from ACS for about $12 in 2024. I haven’t found it in their curent catalog.
It looks like ACS dropped that item.

Now you have a perfect excuse to design one in CAD and get a little CNC router to make one out of HDPE.

I wish there were more hours in a day. But nope, I’m focused like a laser on the VeeCU installation. It’s been a long road and I’m ready.
Another thing I wish I knew how to do. I’ve heard some guys even print wing ribs for my favorite Ultralight. May be just a rumor though.

I couldn’t find them either. I did find this guy who 3d prints a similar seal. Not sure if the hole dimensions match what you have, though.

Thanks Chris,
I’ll go that way if needed. An internet friend had me send him the broken one and he is going to see if he can print an exact replacement.
