I ordered my custom designed panel from SendCutSend.com last year and normally don’t say anything about aviation in fear of having my order cancelled. When I was ordering other parts today for work, I saw that they actually promote aviation uses so I decided to share. They also give instant pricing with an uploaded dxf file. Today my legacy panel would cost $75 including shipping which seems very reasonable to get with a perfectly laid out panel. Their thinnest 6061 aluminum is 0.040" which I believe was thicker than the plans called for but worked fine for me.

Thanks for sharing, Andrew. Great Resource! I had initally planned on using SendCutSend but ended up using Front Panel Express for my panel (https://www.frontpanelexpress.com/) only because their services also included printing and engraving.
They offer free software to either import a dxf or create products from scratch and also do instant quotes:
